In the event you cannot attend this class, please notify us at least 7 business days prior to the class start date. Usually, our courses are limited to 3-6 students in order to provide the most efficient environment that maximizes learning. We have found that this is the optimal size group to get the most out of the class environment, maximize instructor - student interaction and group dynamics. Q. Who Should Attend Class A. IT Managers, Network Administrators, Mail admins, Q. What Training Materials Will I Receive? A. You will receive the latest edition of the course Training Manual, manufacturer evaluation copies of software discussed and third party software you may find helpful. Q. What Travel Arrangements do I need to make? A. You will need to arrange travel to Oklahoma City, OK. Typically this is either airfare or automobile. If you are flying into OKC you will probably want to rent a car to help you get to the Intelek Training Facilities and make your stay more enjoyable. You will also need to arrange for overnight lodging for at least one night. Our classes are two (2) days in length, so you may need overnight lodging for up to three (3) nights depending on your flight or driving schedules. Q. What do I need to bring to class? A. Almost nothing. We will provide your Training Manual, notepad, pens and highlighters. All you need is a positive attitude and willingness to learn at a rapid pace. Q. Do I need to bring a laptop? A. A laptop is not required for the class. We have wireless access if you choose to bring it along though. Q. Is lunch provided during class? A. Yes, we provide a great lunch both days. Q. For those of you not familiar with central Oklahoma, we want to assure you that when you visit for training you will be met by a thriving, growing and dynamic suburban city. All the amenities you have come to expect, plus a few more that may surprise you, can be found right here in the Norman, Oklahoma area. It shouldn't be too hard for you to enjoy your stay with us and maybe even have fun after the class ends in the afternoon. The greater Oklahoma City metro area is the largest city in the Great Plains area with a population of over 1.3 million people, who for the most part are generous, polite and genuine. Many visitors really like the southern charm with the western "bootstrap" spirit that makes Okies unique.
