StripMiner Product Specialist (Software/Web Product Specialist)

Looking for an Experienced Product Specialist. Candidate must be a self-starter, motivated, organized with excellent oral and written communication skills, that likes new, cutting edge technologies and working with people. Full training will be provided on StripMiner, and it's supporting technologies. Applicants should possess:

• Knowledge of HTTP, HTTPS, and FTP Communication Protocols
• Proficiencies with HTML and Visual Basic Scripting
• Strong troubleshooting skills
• EDI knowledge a plus, but not required
• Two years similar experience or equivalent college degree

This is a new position that will be primarily supporting our StripMiner Application.  Job responsibilities include, but are not limited to:

• Providing Pre-Sales Product Support
• Gathering customer data
• Working with customer to configure StripMiner
• Providing ongoing support
• Creating technical documentation
• Testing future versions of software
